The Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2024

🎓 Get ready to witness a milestone moment at Sheffield Private School! Join us for the Sixth Form Graduation Ceremony—a celebration of our graduates' achievement, growth, and incredible journey. 

YOUR TICKETS

You will be receiving your tickets in an email. You must present the QR code on these tickets for each guest at the reception during the event to be able to enter.

How You Can Present Your Tickets:

• Add your tickets to your Apple® Wallet.  You can add the tickets to your digital wallet through the .pkpass file and present the QR codes at the reception. Unfortunately, this feature is not available for other platforms.
• Print out your tickets. You can take a physical printout of your tickets and present the QR codes at the reception.
• Present the PDF(s) attached. You can also show us the PDF file attached to the email at the reception desk.

DATE AND TIMINGS

Date: Saturday, 22nd June 2024

Timings: 9:00AM — 12:00PM

Graduates must arrive at the venue by 9:00 AM or they may be unable to graduate on stage in this ceremony. Any latecomers will be shown to a late guest entrance to enter the auditorium.

The venue is located near the Knowledge Village Tram Station, on the Orange Line of the Dubai Tram Network. RTA Parking will be available right opposite the entrance   (standard rates apply) and it is only a thirty-second walk to the auditorium. The parking can be found here.
